Destruction Analysis is a decision-support product. It examines the facts you provide and returns a pre-mortem of the venture. It is not legal, tax, investment, accounting, medical or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for every business decision.
Your submission
You keep ownership of your idea and your answers. You give us permission to process them only to produce, deliver and maintain your report during the stated retention period. Do not submit material you do not have the right to share.
What you are buying
The checkout page identifies the report section or full report included in the price. Payment grants access to that purchased result. It does not promise a business outcome, funding, revenue or protection from loss.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with the site, evade usage limits, test stolen information or submit personal data about another person without authority.
Service limits
Analysis can be wrong or incomplete. Provider outages and incomplete source facts can delay or reduce a result. We will fix a delivery failure or review a refund request under the published refund policy. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
