Report delivery

The free initial result is designed to appear within 60 seconds. Purchased reports are designed to be ready and emailed within 12 minutes. Those are service targets, not guarantees.
What happens after payment
Stripe confirms payment before generation begins. The private report page shows the order state. We also send the result to the email entered at checkout when the report is ready.
If the report is late
Keep the private report link and refresh it once. Check the spam folder for the delivery email. If the report is still missing after 12 minutes, email support@destructionanalysis.com with the private link or receipt number.
Private access
Treat the report link like a password. Anyone who has it may be able to read the report. Report data is scheduled for deletion 30 days after delivery.
